How we calculate it

This JuicyChat AI review covers an AI character chat platform for adults 18+, with NSFW content allowed, an interface in Brazilian Portuguese and a Premium plan from $12.99 (≈ R$ 65.59) per month. It relies on public sources from the service itself, checked on 22 Oct 2026. We have not used the service: everything comes from the company's terms, FAQ, wiki and blog.

Is JuicyChat AI worth it? Who it suits and who it doesn't

JuicyChat AI makes sense for people who want to chat with characters, build their own and generate images and video, starting from a free account. The main point in its favor is the Brazilian Portuguese interface, together with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto as payment options. The main point against is a lack of transparency: the free plan's limits and the prices of Deluxe and Diamond are not published.

It suits less well anyone who needs Pix, an iPhone app or a fixed price before creating an account. The Premium prices come from undated screenshots in the official wiki, so they may be promotional.

To compare with other services, see Candy AI and OurDream AI, or the AI chat reviews page. If you prefer to go straight to the site, it is JuicyChat AI Affiliate link. The operator is Cognify AI LTD., registered in Malta.

How we calculate it

How to pay for JuicyChat AI from Brazil

According to the wiki, the service accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency and "additional local methods" for some regions, with no list. Pix is not mentioned in any official source. The plans screen shows "Pay with Credit / Debit Card" and "Pay with Cryptopay".

The wiki says the available methods change with the interface language and recommends choosing the language of the country you are paying from. The FAQ warns that payment can fail because of country restrictions or VPN use. Since all prices are in dollars, your bank may charge IOF on a purchase in foreign currency. The rate is not in the sources.

On your statement the purchase appears as "JuicyChat", and the interface mentions that there is no "adult transaction" on the statement. The full descriptor and the payment processor are not officially disclosed.

JuicyChat AI prices in dollars and reais

The amounts in reais are site estimates: dollars at the ECB reference rate of 22 Oct 2026, without taxes. Your bank may add IOF.

    Plan Price Billing Approx. (BRL)
    Premium $12.99 monthly ≈ R$ 65.59
    Premium $93.99 yearly ≈ R$ 474.56

Amounts converted at the ECB reference rate of 22 Oct 2026; the amount charged may differ. The service does not say whether VAT is included; renews automatically. Checked on 22 Oct 2026.

Monthly Premium is the cheapest published plan: $12.99 (≈ R$ 65.59). The annual plan works out to about $7.83 (≈ R$ 39.53) per month, but it is charged all at once. Deluxe and Diamond exist, but their prices are not published, because the plans only appear after login.

The "70% OFF" button at the top of the site points to a promotion, and those prices are not visible without logging in. The monthly plan renews automatically, while the annual plan is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.

JuicyCoins are sold in packs, for example 1,000 for $4.99 (≈ R$ 25.19). There is also JuicyGems, a second currency for paid creator content. More detail is on the pricing and free plan page.

What you can use for free

The terms say the basic service is free, and messages, images and voice are paid for with JuicyCoins. Without paying anything, the wiki indicates you can create an account, chat with characters and create your own. No card is requested at sign-up.

Free coins come from the daily check-in, tasks, invitations and codes. In the wiki, each daily task earns +10 coins, such as sending 10 messages or generating an image. Coins for watching ads exist only in the app.

Limits the company does not publish: messages per day, coins per day, the number of active chats and of persona cards for non-subscribers. Saved "memories" disappear after 7 days on the free plan. Daily Benefits coins are valid only on the day they are given.

Features: chat, memory, voice, images and video

    • Text chat: with your own characters and those of other users. There are Standard models, Pro (context up to 64k, for subscribers) and Max (up to 1M, Diamond only). You can adjust the model, the reply language and the reply length.
    • Memory: yes, built from the character description, persona cards and pinned messages. Subscribers keep their memories for the length of the subscription.
    • Voice: spoken replies from characters, paid in credits per character count. Subscribers get unlimited voice. Voice calls do not appear in any official material.
    • Images: generation in the chat and in a separate generator. Photo albums come with Deluxe and Diamond. For everyone else, unlocking each image costs 300 JuicyCoins.
    • Video: from a figure or from an image. The advanced NSFW video generator is only for Deluxe and Diamond.
    • Your own character: a full builder, with a minimum age of 18, an SFW, NSFW or 18+ rating and public, link-only or private visibility. Public characters go through moderation.

Group chat is not confirmed: the FAQ talks about several characters, but the wiki does not describe the feature.

    JuicyChat AI in Portuguese

The language menu, checked on 22 Oct 2026, lists 16 languages, including Português (Brasil) and Português (Portugal). The wiki says the chat supports up to 16 languages depending on the model, with varying quality. You choose the reply language in the chat settings, or ask the character to write in the language you want.

We have not measured the quality of the Portuguese replies, so we can't offer an opinion on it. The site may open in another language depending on your browser: during the check, it opened the Russian version.

On apps: there is a website for desktop and mobile, plus a PWA. On Android, the APK file is downloaded from the site itself, and no official app was found on Google Play. There is no confirmed iPhone app, because the App Store link does not lead to a valid page.

    Privacy

According to the FAQ, chats and characters are private until you publish them. You can delete conversations one at a time or all recent ones, with no way back.

To delete the account: Profile, Settings, About account, Delete account, or by email to support. This erases characters, conversations, memories and transactions, and burns the JuicyCoins balance. You cannot delete the account with an active subscription, and you can only sign up again after 7 days.

What the policy does not say: retention periods (only "reasonably necessary") and whether chats are used to train models. Only the marketing blog claims that messages do not train public models. The policy mentions Google Analytics, remarketing and advertising partners, and does not honor Do Not Track. The data controller's country is Malta.

Age verification is by self-declaration: on the first visit, a window asks you to confirm you are over 18. In some cases an external check may appear, with the method and provider undisclosed. The policy bans minors, "aged-up" characters and images of real people or celebrities. See also is JuicyChat AI safe?

How to cancel JuicyChat AI before the next charge

To cancel the monthly plan: Profile, Manage Subscription, turn off automatic renewal, or open a ticket in the official Discord. Access continues until the end of the paid period, so cancel before the next charge. If you subscribed through the App Store, you cancel through your Apple ID.

The annual plan is a one-time payment and does not renew. Downgrading does not exist: you have to wait for the plan to end and subscribe again. You also cannot change payment details without canceling and starting over.

A refund is only possible within 24 hours of payment and if no feature has been used (chat, images, voice, JuicyCoins). Money goes back to the original method within 10 days, according to the policy. There are no partial refunds, and none for JuicyGems. Complaints get an acknowledgment in 72 hours and a decision in 15 business days. The EU 14-day rule does not appear in the sources.
