This 18+ notice, privacy and cookies page explains what Chat IA +18 collects, which cookies it sets and who to contact. By default the site runs no analytics and no tracking pixels. It is meant for adults only.

Who runs this site

The site is operated and published by ChatIA18.com under the name Chat IA +18. You can reach us through the contact form.

Chat IA +18 is an independent comparison site. It does not run any of the services it describes. For how the site earns money, see How we make money.

What data we collect

By default the site does not use analytics tools or tracking pixels. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run a chat on the site.

Some links on the site go through a masked address (a short link starting with /ir/). Clicks on these links are counted on the server as plain totals, without personal data about you. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means the site may receive a commission if you later sign up with a service.

Facts about services come from their official pages and are given with a check date. We have not tested any service hands-on yet, and the pages say so.

Cookies we use

The site uses two kinds of cookies, and we do not list their technical names because they can change.

• Age confirmation: a strictly necessary session cookie. It remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older and is removed when the browser session ends.
• Consent: a cookie that stores your cookie choice. It expires after a limited time, and then the site asks again.

Analytics cookies would be set only after you consent, and only if the site ever turns analytics on. Right now they are off.

Your rights under the LGPD

For readers in Brazil, personal data is governed by the LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018). Under it you can ask to confirm whether your data is processed, to access it, to correct it and to have it deleted, among other rights.

Since the site collects very little personal data, a request may often get the answer that we hold nothing about you. You can still send it. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can file a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados), the supervisory authority.

Why the site is 18+ only

Chat IA +18 covers adult AI chat and AI companion apps, so it is for people aged 18 and over. The gate asks you to confirm your age before you continue.

For now, the age check is self-declaration only: you state that you are an adult. It is not identity verification, and we do not describe it as stronger than it is.

The site itself does not show explicit material. Pages use neutral wording and describe services by their features, prices and terms.

Rules that still apply to adult services

Adult services are not rule-free, even those that advertise fewer filters. Their terms typically cover the same core points:

• minors are banned, and users must be adults;
• real people, including public figures, cannot be used as subjects of generated content;
• violent or illegal content is prohibited;
• age checks and account rules are set by each service.

Exact rules differ by service, so read the terms of any service before you sign up. We do not help anyone get around age checks or content filters.

If AI chat is getting in the way of life

Talking to an AI companion can be harmless, but it can also start to crowd out sleep, work, study or relationships. Signs include spending more than you planned, hiding the habit, or feeling worse when you stop.

If that sounds familiar, set time and spending limits, turn off subscription renewal and talk to someone you trust. A doctor, a psychologist or your local public health service can help. We do not list phone numbers here, so check the official channel for your area.

Parents and guardians can use the parental controls built into phones, app stores and routers to block adult content for minors. Keep adult services out of reach of anyone under 18.
