What you get with Candy AI free

The help centre says the free mode covers up to 5 chat messages in total across all characters, 1 custom character and 1 image, made with the generator or in chat. The terms (section 9) say free use is "generally a maximum of 5 messages", after which a subscription or other paid access is needed.

The homepage mentions "Start slow with the free trial" but gives no length or conditions. Whether a card is needed for free access is not published.

Paid users get unlimited text that does not spend tokens. Images, voice messages, voice calls and video run on tokens. The token cost of an image, a voice message, a call minute or a user-generated video is not published. Only two figures are: Candy Roulette video chat costs 5 tokens per minute, and an example exclusive character costs 200 tokens.

So "free Candy AI" or Candy AI for free means a short trial, not an ongoing free plan. The service is for adults only (18+). Age is confirmed by a self-declaration at the age gate, and the company may request more checks depending on location.

Paying for Candy AI from Brazil

The help centre (updated 29 Sep 2026) says payment methods depend on the country and that major cards are accepted from anywhere. For subscriptions and tokens it lists credit and debit cards, crypto, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer (Volt, Pix). PayPal is not mentioned.

Prices are in US dollars, and the Portuguese page showed the same dollar prices as the English one. No price in reais is published. If you pay by card in a foreign currency, your bank may add IOF; check the rate with your bank. On a statement the charge appears as "EverAI".

Premium includes your own AI characters, 18+ image and video generation, Live Action, unlimited text and 100 tokens a month. The page adds that local taxes may apply. All plans renew automatically at the same price and for the same period. The terms say a price increase is announced before renewal.

Not published: the price of Premium Plus (the help centre lists 330 tokens a month, 20 memory slots and 5 chat clones), token pack prices (the tokens page opens only after login) and any local-currency pricing. The page's code also contains hidden lines for weekly and two-week billing, but no such plan cards are shown, so we cannot say who gets them.

Premium is $10.00 a month (about R$ 50). A Basic plan is mentioned in the FAQ but is not shown in the current price grid. Payments are by card, and the operator is NextDay AI Incorporated in Montreal.

By monthly price only, the Candy AI yearly plan at $3.99 a month is the lowest figure among these three. It requires paying the full year up front.

Billing, cancelling and refunds

To cancel, go to My Profile, then Settings, and press "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the subscription details, then confirm. The help article was updated 21 Oct 2026. Access continues to the end of the paid period and there is no further charge. Pausing is not possible, and a plan change takes effect from the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not automatic. Under the terms (section 10.4), you must email [email protected] within 24 hours of payment, with no more than 20 tokens spent, paid by card, and a problem not caused by you. Token refunds also need a request within 24 hours, unused tokens and card payment. In the EU and UK there is a 14-day withdrawal right on a first purchase, not on renewals, minus a proportional share for services already used.

One conflict in the sources: the terms say unused tokens expire when a subscription ends, while a help article says the balance stays until Premium resumes. Check before relying on either.
