This Kupid AI review starts with the lowest monthly price when you pay for a full period: $14.92 (≈ R$ 75.33) on the annual Pro plan. Everything below comes from the site's registry, checked on 22 Oct 2026, and covers only what the service itself publishes.

Is Kupid AI worth it? The short answer

Kupid AI Affiliate link makes the most sense for people who want a chat with their own characters, memory and media (images, video, voice) and are fine paying with cryptocurrency. It also suits anyone who just wants to look at the free plan before deciding, since the site's FAQ says no card is needed to start.

If you rely on Pix or a Brazilian card, look closely. Pix does not appear on any page we checked, and at the time of the check cards seemed to be switched off. That is the main downside.

The main upside, going by published facts, is the range of features: text chat, memory, voice, images and video, plus character creation. Another point to watch is transparency. The operator publishes no company name or address, and the terms mention only Maltese law.

Entry price: the weekly Pro plan costs $12.99 (≈ R$ 65.59). Prices were checked without logging in and can change. On refunds, the rules contradict each other: the terms say sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, but the card form mentions a "30 days moneyback guarantee". Which one applies is not published.

How to pay for Kupid AI from Brazil

The subscription page you see without logging in lists no payment methods, only badges such as "Secured", "Discreet" and "Private billing". The checkout screen says "Pay privately with Alipay or crypto", meaning Alipay (in yuan) or cryptocurrency.

The registry lists crypto as a payment method. Interface text also mentions cards, PayPal, Patreon and coins such as BTC, ETH, USDT and Solana, but there is also the message "Card payments are unavailable right now. Pay with crypto or Alipay." On the check date, 22 Oct 2026, card payment was not available. So there is no guarantee a card will work for you.

Pix is not mentioned on any page we checked, and neither are prices in reais. Prices are in US dollars. The R$ conversions in this text use the ECB rate of 22 Oct 2026 and are approximate.

If you pay in dollars by card, your bank may charge IOF on a foreign-currency purchase. The rate and amount are not in the registry, so confirm with your bank. According to the interface text, the charge would show on your statement as "Kupid AI".

How much Kupid AI costs

In practice, the lowest monthly figure is annual Pro, about $14.92 (≈ R$ 75.33) a month. The other plans (Pro, Ultra and Lifetime) are in the table above.

On renewal: the card checkout says that by confirming the purchase you agree to automatic renewal. One-off payments by Alipay or crypto are shown as "nothing renews". The site does not explain this officially, so check when you pay. Media is paid for with coins, and coin pack prices are not published.

The pricing page showed an autumn discount banner with a countdown, and the Lifetime price appears only in the page's internal data. Treat these figures as subject to change.

What you can do for free

A Free plan exists and, according to the pricing table, includes 15 messages, memory of the last 30 messages and 1 custom character. There are no photos, video or voice. The period for those 15 messages is not stated: interface text hints at a weekly quota ("You're out of messages this week"), and there is a pause between free messages.

The site contradicts itself here. The home page promises "Unlimited Chat for Free" after sign-up, and another line says you can get 50 free messages by verifying your email. Since we don't know which one applies, use the table's number (15) as your reference.

No card is needed to start, according to the FAQ. The image generator runs on credits, with a starting balance mentioned in the FAQ, after which you have to buy more. The interface also describes a trial with a $0.5 card verification charge that would be refunded, but it is not published whether that trial exists today.

Kupid AI features

• Text chat: with ready-made and custom characters. Free has 15 messages; Pro, Ultra and Lifetime have unlimited messages. There are several chat styles and automatic messages from characters.
• Memory: Free keeps the last 30 messages, Pro the last 100, Ultra has no limit. Each character has its own memory, and deleting a chat deletes its memory.
• Voice: voice messages only on paid plans, with Pro at 12 min a week and Ultra at 35 min a week. Lifetime has 35 min a month. Real-time voice calls are not described.
• Images: Pro gets 25 a week and Ultra 75 a week, plus a credit-based generator. According to the interface text, media is paid for with coins.
• Video: Pro gets 8 a week and Ultra 25 a week, in SD or HD, paid with coins.
• Custom character: realistic or anime style, with appearance, voice and personality, age 18 or above. The limit is 1 on Free, 4 on Pro and 8 on Ultra and Lifetime, but the FAQ says "as many as you want" on paid plans.
• Group chat: not published.

Adult content appears as a "Spicy" mode, turned on with a toggle, and part of it only opens after sign-up. That toggle is not described in the site's rules.

There are no apps in the App Store or Google Play. The service runs in the browser and can be installed as a PWA on your home screen.

Kupid AI in Portuguese

The site has a Portuguese interface at /pt, with dollar prices and the same terms. There is no separate /pt-BR version. In total there are 14 interface languages.

For the chat itself, the FAQ claims support for many languages and names English, Spanish, French and German "or any other language". Portuguese is not named, and response quality has not been measured. There is also no way to say whether the interface translation is well done.

Who runs Kupid AI and how your data is handled

The operator appears only as "Kupid AI". No company name, address or country of registration is published, and the contact and "about" pages return errors. The terms use Maltese law and courts. Third-party directories name a company in Cyprus, but no official source confirms it.

• Deletion: you can delete conversations and the whole account in the interface.
• Retention: data is kept while the account exists and, as a rule, for another 6 years after it is closed. There is no separate period for chats.
• Training on chats: the privacy policy says nothing. The FAQ says public models are not trained on your chats, but says nothing about non-public models.
• Moderation: conversations go through automatic moderation and may get human review.
• Technical data: goes to analytics tools (Google Analytics) and ad networks.
• Law: the policy cites GDPR rights and does not mention LGPD. The controller is reached by email, and their country is not published.

How to stop Kupid AI charges: email, app and refunds

Per the terms (section 4), to stop recurring charges you need to write to [email protected]. The card checkout text points to cancelling via the app or by email at a different address, and in the interface the path is Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions through PayPal or Patreon are cancelled on those platforms.

Before you cancel, the site offers retention deals: 50% off the next month, skipping a month, a week at 75% off, a free week or a switch to Pro.

Refunds: the terms say sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. The card form shows "30 days moneyback guarantee", which contradicts the terms, and it is not published which one applies. On a downgrade there is no refund, and on an upgrade the unused portion is returned. Bonus and subscription coins expire after 6 months, but coins bought in packs do not. Complaints go to [email protected], with a 7-business-day response time. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal is not in the registry.

On renewal: with a card there is automatic renewal. With Alipay or crypto, the site says nothing renews on its own.

On Trustpilot the rating was 3.1 out of 5, from only 17 reviews as of 27 Oct 2026, so any conclusion should be cautious. About 17% of reviews gave 5 stars and 59% gave 1 star. The profile is claimed by the company, which replies to 16% of negative reviews, usually after more than a month. Complaints include weak memory and inconsistent replies, unexpected or repeated charges, refused refunds, support that doesn't answer and a content filter seen as too strict. Praise mentions the quality of images and video and varied, engaging chats. In Reddit discussions, the themes are requests for feedback from people subscribed to photo-focused AI girlfriend apps, and comparisons of several services in which Kupid AI is described as having many options, AI characters and user-created characters, plus buying specific models with tokens.
