What is clear: the operator is Cognify AI LTD., which the terms describe as a company registered in Malta, with an address in Santa Venera. The same address appears in the terms, the privacy policy, the contact page and the site footer. The company registration number is not on the official pages, and we did not consult company registries.

What is not clear: how long chats are stored, whether they are used to train models, and what method the external age verification uses. When checked on 22 Oct 2026, the site opened normally. Searches in major news outlets found no reports about the company, including about bankruptcy or a sale; only paid press releases from 2025 turned up.

On user opinions: on Trustpilot (checked 27 Oct 2026) the rating is 3.2 out of 5, but there are only 5 reviews, so any conclusion is fragile. On iOS, the App Store link given by the service returned a 404 error on 22 Oct 2026, and the "Juicy Chat AI" apps found are from third parties. The terms and FAQ still mention the App Store and Google Play, which adds to the confusion.
