Is Nomi AI free? Partly: according to the home page, you can start chatting without a credit card, with daily limits on messages and images. What you get for free on Nomi AI

The home page says starting is free and needs no card. The free tier has daily limits on messages and images.

• Messages: there is a daily limit, counted by the messages you send. The number is not published. When it runs out, you can reply the next day or upgrade.
• Images: the company blog (20 Mar 2026) says 2 images per day on the free tier. The help center and the wiki do not give this number.
• Message length: up to 400 characters on the free tier and up to 800 with a subscription.
• Proactive messages: when a Nomi writes first, it does not count toward the limit, and it also arrives on a free account.
• How many Nomis you can create for free: the company does not say.

Voice calls, unlimited messages and advanced customization need a subscription. If you subscribe and later go back to the free tier, group chats, video, voice messages and calls become "read-only". Your Nomis and one-on-one chats stay.

Nomi AI pricing: how much it costs per month and per year

What is publicly visible is the app store pricing. The website (beta.nomi.ai) shows its prices only after you log in, and the company blog quotes $15.99, $39.99 and $99.99 without naming the platform.

The Standard Plan gets cheaper per month the longer the period you buy, and the yearly Launch Plan has the lowest monthly equivalent. What the Launch Plan includes has not been published: the App Store shows only a name and a price. There is no lifetime plan.

So if you are wondering how much Nomi AI is a month, it depends on the plan and the store. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the period, according to the Terms (section 13). In the Brazilian App Store, Standard is shown in reais, with taxes included. Always check the final amount on the purchase screen.

How to pay for Nomi AI from Brazil

These are the methods named in the official sources:

• Card on the website: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (Terms, section 13).
• App Store and Google Play: the store sets the price and the currency.

Pix, PayPal and cryptocurrencies are not mentioned by the company. The payment provider on the website and how the charge appears on your statement are not listed either.

Billing on the website is in dollars, and your bank may charge a conversion fee, plus IOF on purchases in foreign currency. The rate is not in the service's documents. A subscription works on every device on the same account, but it is managed where it was bought. According to the company, the price on the website is sometimes slightly lower, but not always.

Nomi Credits: what they are for

Nomi uses "Nomi Credits", not tokens. Credits are not sold to people on the free tier: you need an active subscription. They are spent only after the daily allowance runs out.

According to the wiki, credits are spent like this:

• selfie, art or image edit: 1 credit;
• SD video: 6 credits; HD: 10;
• extra group room: 25 credits;
• generating an Anchor: 50 credits;
• extra Nomi slot: 100 credits, a one-time purchase that can be reused.

Packs range from 40 to 1800 credits in the US App Store, and Google Play shows only a price range, starting at $4.99 (≈ R$ 25.19). The credit price for expanding a group to 20 Nomis and the daily video limit in numbers have not been published.

Canceling, renewal and refunds on Nomi AI

To cancel on the website or in the app, go to Profile, the Subscription tab, Manage Subscription and, at the bottom, Cancel Subscription. If the system tells you to cancel through the store, do it there. On iPhone, the path is Settings, your Apple ID, Subscriptions, Nomi. On Android, it is Google Play, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Nomi.

Cancel before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and then the account drops to the free tier.

On refunds, the Terms say payments are non-refundable except in the cases they list. There is no refund for non-use, dissatisfaction or buyer's remorse, or for partial months. A refund, partial or full, is at the company's discretion, and requests go to [email protected]. Deadlines and the process for store purchases are not described. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not appear on the official pages either.

In public Trustpilot reviews (2.3 out of 5, 42 reviews, checked on 27 Oct 2026), complaints include unanswered refund requests and difficulty canceling or deleting the account.
