Is OurDream AI free? Sign-up is free, but without a subscription each chat message costs 1 dreamcoin and most features are locked. Images and video require a subscription. The cheapest monthly plan is Premium at $19.99 (≈ R$ 100.93). For what the service offers beyond price, see our OurDream AI review.
The data was checked on 22 Oct 2026. Amounts in reais are the site's estimates: the dollar price times the ECB reference rate of 22 Oct 2026, without taxes. Your bank may add IOF on a purchase in foreign currency.
What you can use for free on OurDream AI
Creating an account costs nothing, and the site has a "Join Free" button. Without a subscription, every message uses 1 dreamcoin. How many coins you get at sign-up is not published, because the help-center articles contradict each other. One says there are no free coins except Discord giveaways. Another mentions only referrals, and a third lists contests, referrals and gifts.
It is also unclear whether sign-up asks for a card. The phrase "No card needed" is not confirmed on the service's public pages. Treat it as an open question.
Images and video only work with a subscription. When it ends, what you generated is blurred. According to one help page, dreamcoins do not expire, but you cannot buy new ones.

How much OurDream AI costs: pricing and plans
There are two plans, Premium and Deluxe, each monthly or annual, plus one-time coin packs. The pricing page lists prices in US dollars. We found no price in reais, so the R$ amount is only a reference.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Approx. (BRL) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premium | $19.99 | monthly | ≈ R$ 100.93 |
| Deluxe | $59.99 | monthly | ≈ R$ 302.89 |
| Premium | $119.88 | yearly | ≈ R$ 605.27 |
| Deluxe | $359.88 | yearly | ≈ R$ 1,817.03 |
Amounts converted at the ECB reference rate of 22 Oct 2026; the amount charged may differ. The service does not say whether VAT is included; renews automatically. Checked on 22 Oct 2026.
Monthly Premium is the cheapest way in. On the annual plan, Premium works out to about $9.99 a month (≈ R$ 50.44), billed once a year. The page speaks of a $120 saving per year compared with monthly billing.
In the 22 Oct 2026 data there was a temporary Halloween promotion with bonus coins, which may have ended by now. There are also variations of the annual Premium price, and it is not published who sees them. Check the final amount on screen before you confirm. Plans renew automatically unless you cancel.
Paying for OurDream AI from Brazil
The pricing page shows Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. In the payment data for OurDream AI, Pix is listed as available only for Brazil, but it does not appear on the pricing page. Confirm on the checkout screen, since this can change. The FAQ also mentions cryptocurrency and local methods depending on the region. PayPal is not accepted.
Card payments usually post in 2 to 15 minutes, and crypto takes from 15 minutes to 24 hours. Crypto payments are not refunded. If your card is declined, the help center suggests buying a subscription or coin code on G2A and activating it under "Redeem Code" in your profile.
Because billing is in dollars, your bank may add IOF. The rate is not in our data. How the charge appears on your statement is not published: the FAQ only says billing is discreet.
Dreamcoins: what the coins are spent on
Dreamcoins are the in-app currency. Subscribers chat with the standard models without spending coins. Non-subscribers pay 1 coin per message. The Genius and Lively Genius models cost 1 coin per reply. On Deluxe, the premium chat models are free.
Other uses, according to the help center and the pricing page:
- images: 10 coins for 2 images with standard generation, or 5 coins per image in chat;
- video: 100 coins for 5 seconds;
- voice call: 50 coins per minute;
- premium voice: 5 coins per paragraph;
- creating a chat character: 10 coins.
Premium includes 1000 coins on sign-up and another 1000 each month. Deluxe brings 5000 a month. Per the FAQ, 1000 coins gets you about 200 images or 20 minutes of calls. The cheapest one-time pack, 1000 coins, costs $11.99 (≈ R$ 60.54). Packs can only be bought with an active subscription.
How to cancel Ourdream AI in 3 steps, plus refund details
Canceling takes 3 steps: open your profile, click "Cancel subscription" and confirm. You can also cancel in account settings or by emailing support. After cancellation, later periods are not charged. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and unused coins are usable until then. If you subscribe again, one help page says old coins do not come back, while another says they do not expire. That contradiction is unresolved.
Under the refund policy dated 9 Mar 2026, defects or mismatches with the description must be reported within 14 days of purchase. Each case is reviewed, and the company promises to respond within 7 business days. The unused part of a period is generally not refunded. The help center says there is no refund if more than 25% of the product has been used. On a monthly plan there is also none if the coins have been spent. On an annual plan, a full or partial refund is possible.
The policy mentions a 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland. For Brazil, we found no specific rule in the documents. Disputing the charge with your bank without contacting support first can lead to the account being frozen.
On the company's reputation, ABC News reported on 20 Jun 2026 about problems with user-created characters, and Aylo paused advertising on 2 Jul 2026. The company rejects the allegations.
