Is Secrets AI free? 20 messages a day with no card, and Premium at $19.99

Is Secrets AI free? Partly: the Free plan gives 20 messages a day and asks for no card. To go further, monthly Premium costs $19.99 (≈ R$ 100.93), and on the annual plan the monthly cost drops to about $9.17 (≈ R$ 46.30). This page covers only money and limits; for an overview of the service, see the Secrets AI review. The service is 18+.

The reais amounts are the site's estimates: US dollars at the ECB reference rate of 22 Oct 2026, without taxes, and your bank may add IOF. The data was checked on 22 Oct 2026.

What Secrets AI gives you for free

The Free plan allows 20 messages per day, counting only your own messages. The limit resets 24 hours after your first message, unused messages do not carry over, and the count is tied to your device, so creating another account does not reset it.

With custom characters you create, the limit is separate: 100 messages in total. According to the registry, the free plan includes:

• all companions, with the S3 and X-3 modes;
• messages of up to 500 characters;
• basic memory;
• one-time Moments bonuses: 200 for a new account, 25 for turning on notifications and 100 for linking Discord.

There are no monthly Moments on Free, and you cannot buy Moments on that plan. The store FAQ says an email address is enough to sign up, and login also works through Google or Apple. A free trial for the paid plans has not been published.

Monthly Premium is the cheapest way in. The registry lists 3-month ($49.99) and 6-month ($89.99) Premium plans, but their prices come from the migration page for the old Lite and Plus plans. It is unclear whether new subscribers can buy them, since the storefront without login showed only monthly and yearly. The annual Premium plan is the one that lowers the monthly cost the most.

Monthly Ultimate costs $39.99 (≈ R$ 201.91). The annual Ultimate plan costs $319.99 per year. Limited-time promotions on annual plans do happen, so check the final price at checkout.

Two warnings: the subscription renews automatically, and multi-month plans renew for the same term. Sales tax is added at checkout, calculated from the ZIP code. Whether prices change by country has not been published: the storefront shows amounts in USD only.

Between Premium and Ultimate, the registry shows: unlimited messages on both, 8,000 Moments a month on Premium versus 15,000 on Ultimate, messages of up to 1,000 versus 2,000 characters, and group chats on Ultimate only.

How to pay for Secrets AI from Brazil

The registry lists card and crypto. The payment form accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover; Amex is not accepted. Virtual debit cards are accepted too. Pix is not mentioned, and PayPal appears only for affiliate payouts.

With crypto, more than 300 coins are supported through NOWPayments, with a $20 minimum. That payment is not refundable under any circumstances, and the subscription cannot be resumed, only bought again. There are also prepaid G2A keys for 3 or 12 months, with no automatic renewal, where price and refunds are handled by G2A.

Google Pay and Apple Pay are not confirmed in the documentation, so their availability is unconfirmed. Because the charge is in dollars, your bank may add IOF; the rate is not in the registry. On your statement the charge appears as "S LABS INC", without the Secrets name.

Moments: what they pay for

Moments are the service's internal currency for paid extras. Values from the registry:

• voice replies: 10 Moments per 100 characters;
• real-time calls: 50 Moments per minute, with at least 50 needed to start;
• images: from 50 Moments;
• video at 720p and 5 seconds: from 600 to 1,200 Moments, depending on the model;
• your own character: the first is free, each new one costs 500 Moments.

You can buy Moments only with an active Premium or Ultimate plan. Purchased Moments do not expire; the plan's monthly credit does, and it does not accumulate. As an example, the wiki cites a pack of 4,000 Moments for $11.99 (≈ R$ 60.54). The full list of packs has not been published.

The documentation contradicts itself on one point: the plans page treats calls and custom characters as paid features, while other pages say they exist on all plans. Images and video require Premium or Ultimate.

Billing, cancellation and refunds at Secrets AI

According to the wiki, cancellation is under Settings > Manage Subscription, in 4 steps: cancel, give a reason and confirm. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and then the account goes back to Free. The terms of service, however, say the account "will automatically close" at the end of the period. The cancellation screen says generated media is deleted after 14 days on Free, while the wiki says otherwise. These discrepancies have not been resolved.

The refund policy (updated 21 Oct 2026) says there are no partial refunds for unused days and that Moments purchases are final, except for erroneous charges, which must be reported within 30 days. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the EU and UK; for Brazil, the registry lists no specific conditions. Requests go to [email protected].
